What are your hobbies?

During holidays, I like combining travel and history to experience different natural landscapes and local customs.

Usually at home, I like to cook and make models.

What was your first job?

It's a great honor that SUNSTAR is my first formal job after graduating and returning to China.

What inspired you to pursue your current career path?

As China's automotive industry grows rapidly worldwide, I believe there will be significant space for progress in my field in the future.

What fuels your passion at work?

The sense of achievement.

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned?

Teamwork is the most valuable lesson I have learned through practice. I always believe that my team can deliver great value every time.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

At work, the first project I participated in won a Global Four Award (Sunstar’s annual employee recognition program) that year.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

Communication, I believe that effective communication is the shortcut to solving problems.

Tell us what you do at Sunstar.

I am the sales account manager of the Automotive Project Team of Sunstar Guangzhou. My main responsibility is developing and maintaining business relationships with Chinese OEM manufacturers.

What is the best part of working at Sunstar?

I believe that Sunstar's people-oriented development philosophy is extremely advanced and meaningful. Combined with our global development direction, it can bring healthier and more friendly products to more people.

What would you like Sunstar to look like on its 100th anniversary?

I hope that by the 100th anniversary, we will have a more powerful and efficient international team and also have a clear goal for the 120th anniversary.
