Travelling and hiking with friends and family.

What was your first job?

This is my first professional role since completing my studies and training as a pharmacist.

What inspired you to pursue your current career path?

I was inspired to pursue this path because of its multidisciplinary nature, from product regulations to quality frameworks, and even digital tools. It is intellectually challenging yet manageable, allowing me to use my skills. As this field constantly evolves, it keeps me in a state of continuous learning.

What fuels your passion at work?

I enjoy having the autonomy to optimize our workflows and seeing our products launch successfully in the market. Hearing positive customer reviews feels like the ultimate affirmation of the hard work and dedication the entire team puts into our products.

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned?

“Change is the only constant” and “Learn more, know less”.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I think that would be building up the department’s internal structure by creating workflows and SOPs to ensure compliance and support efficiency.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

The opportunity to work with people from different countries and departments, along with the occasional travel and training required for the job.

As part of the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs department, I support the sales team and distributors while ensuring our customers receive safe, effective and quality products through compliance with regional regulations and safeguarding our supply chain.
