What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I used to play that I worked in an office. My father and grandfather ran a small business, and I wanted to be like them. They brought me stationery and envelopes, an old calculator with a roll of paper and a typewriter. I used to spend long hours in “my office”.
How would your friends describe you?
Reliable and a good listener, always willing to see different sides of a matter. They say that I have a good sense of humor.
What are your hobbies?
I like music, films, books, painting and arts in general. I am very fond of travelling. I have travelled on my own mostly and sometimes with my family or friends.
What’s your favourite family tradition?
In Argentina it is a well-known tradition to meet for having “asado”, which is a typical food. It consists of different types of meat cooked using an open fire or a grill. In my family we usually gather for “asados” on weekends at my grandmother's, who is about to turn 89 years old.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
I have become independent and resilient, stronger than I seem.
What was your first job?
I was a secretary. I worked for an exclusive representative in Argentina of an American supplier for the food service industry, based in California.
What is your favourite thing about your career?
Being an accountant gives you the possibility to investigate, analyze, examine and consider different scenarios, which I find very challenging.
Tell us in one sentence what you do at Sunstar.
I supervise the administration and finance area, and I work as a team with my colleagues.
What is the best part of working at Sunstar?
I am a big fan of our products, and I am proud to belong to the company because of the work we perform all over the world. Regarding Argentina, although we live in a highly changing environment due to the economy, as a team we have always managed to get ahead.
What would you like Sunstar to look like on its 100th anniversary?
I would like to see Sunstar continues to be a benchmark in the quality of its products and expands with innovations that improve the dental health of people, ensuring that its legacy endures for another 100 years.
