What did you want to be when you were a kid?

As a kid, I had several ideas. My favorites were to become a firefighter or a veterinarian.

How would your friends describe you?

I think they would describe me as a reliable person who is good at organizing things and know that they can have a good time with me.

What are your hobbies?

I like swimming, hiking, and fishing with my family in my spare time. During my last holidays, I discovered that stand-up paddling is also something that I will enjoy in the future, especially during summertime.

Sometimes I just drive with my motorcycle to nice destinations and have some ice cream.

What’s your favorite family tradition?

My favorite family tradition is our Christmas celebration, where all the family comes together, and we all have a great time with good traditional food and drinks.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

There are many things during my lifetime, but I think my most challenging year was when I wrote my diploma thesis and became a father for the first time.

What was your first job?

Besides my internship in a forwarder agency for removals, my first job was working in an engineering office for logistics planning and optimization.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

I like working in a good team and enjoy being a part of it. The fact that we have a good relationship with our customers and suppliers is a very important thing to be successful.

Tell us in one sentence what you do at Sunstar. Making sure that everything flows, and the customers are happy.

What would you like Sunstar to look like on its 100th anniversary?

That Sunstar is a strong company with great visions and products. I wish Sunstar a bright future as a “star” for all its stakeholders. Good and unique products, happy customers, and of course good sales.
