What are your hobbies?

In my free time, you’ll usually find me enjoying a good movie, caring for my colorful koi fish, or having fun camping and making memories with my family.

What was your first job?

My first job was as a quality control engineer for the production of spark plugs for gasoline engines at a leading Japanese spark plug manufacturing company in Thailand.

What inspired you to pursue your current career path?

Curiosity is what drives me. I like to understand how things really work, dig into the details, and help make sense of them for others. That’s what keeps me excited about my work every day.

What fuels your passion at work?

I love the feeling of taking on new challenges and seeing them through to success. It's even more rewarding when the effort is recognized by leaders and supported by a team that works together toward the same goals.

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned?

For me, emotional intelligence is just as important — if not more — than technical skills. A positive, understanding team makes every challenge easier and every success more meaningful.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I find it truly rewarding to support my colleagues — whether it's by offering advice, stepping in to help solve a problem, or just being someone they can count on. Working through challenges together makes us stronger as a team.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

One of the parts I enjoy most in my role is tackling the root causes of problems, particularly when they involve new or unfamiliar quality challenges. It often means diving deep with detailed analysis and multiple inspection techniques to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it for good.

Tell us what you do at Sunstar.

Each product released is a reflection of our company’s reputation. I take responsibility to ensure that reflection is always one of trust and quality.

What is the best part of working at Sunstar?

At Sunstar, everyone’s voice matters. We learn from different perspectives, share our experiences openly, and grow stronger by embracing both successes and failures. This supportive culture helps me develop both personally and professionally.

What would you like Sunstar to look like on its 100th anniversary?

I hope Sunstar will be a dream workplace for the next generation — a place that attracts great talent, inspires continuous learning, and offers truly meaningful experiences. I look forward to seeing Sunstar grow and thrive through all the changes ahead, whether in the economy, technology, or society.
