Walter Rosetti is Sales Manager at Sunstar Engineering GmbH – Italian Branch. He joined Sunstar in 2015.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? 

Seeing the family business, I wanted to be a truck driver.

How would your friends describe you? 

Generous and willing.

What are your hobbies?

Mountain biking and any outdoor sports.

Spending time with family and friends. It is essential to completely disconnect from work and whatever your weekly routine is.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I have transformed my passion for two wheels into work, i.e. gravitating to a professional context in the world of two-wheeled motorsport.

What was your first job?

I started working in the family business.

What is your favorite thing about your career?  

Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment and applying my skills in ways that are challenging to me.

Tell us in one sentence what you do at Sunstar. 

Basically, I manage a team of 14 agents, optimizing their work, and I identify and acquire new potential resellers in Italy.

What is the best part of working at Sunstar? 

Feeling part of a common project, where synergies are created with optimism and mutual support. This obviously translates into better results for everyone.

What would you like Sunstar to look like on its 100^th anniversary?

I would like Sunstar to always keep an eye on the future, exploring new technologies to drive innovation in mobility and environmental solutions. And, above all, open to young people.
