Japan remains our largest market, representing slightly over half of Sunstar Group net sales, while Europe and the Americas represent an increasing share of Group net sales due to their continued growth, above Group average. Asia achieved net sales increases in our Chemical and Oral Care businesses. Geographic expansion is a strategic objective of the Group, and in 2015 we entered Brazil.
The Oral Care business accounts for just over half of the total Group net sales. Growth in this sector in 2015 was achieved across all geographic regions through continued and expanded investments in new products, advertising and promotions. Within the Chemical and Motorcycle business (35% of Group net sales), sales of automotive adhesives grew steadily, fueled by a global increase of automobile production, and by an expansion of our customer base.
