What is the Sunstar Summit?

The aim of the Summit is to serve as an educational North Star for Sunstar teams and leadership on understanding the current state of digital, transformation, and digital business.
Our goal is to embed the pillars of digital business as a growth driver for brands and the experiences they deliver by bringing the most current and effective business thinking, practices, and specific skills that teams and leaders need to collaborate, adapt and help advance their work.
This inaugural Summit event took place on October 20-21, 2021, and was a pilot conference that aimed to set the groundwork for future events and integrate with other Sunstar programs where applicable.
Due to feedback from 250 participants, we have brought back the Sunstar Summit for year 2 of our pilot in a new expanded format featuring new speakers, new topics and new tracks. We have expanded our format to bring together an A-list of world-renowned industry experts together with our own Sunstar subject matter experts across The Americas, Europe and Japan to create an even more relevant experience for Sunstar employees.
Last year’s conference was a First-of-a-Kind event at Sunstar. We continue this year bringing back everything that worked and optimizing the event based on your feedback.

Sunstar is committed to investing strategically in business transformation to best serve all audiences. The pandemic has reshaped our habits and elevated the expectations of consumers, professionals, and employees.
As we look toward the future, an elevated level of collective knowledge across the organization is required to remain vigilant and informed as new channels of commerce and communication continue to emerge, technology continues to evolve, and, most importantly, customer expectations continue to shift.
The second year of this conference continues to focus on areas in our organization that elevate topics relevant to the customer experience.
