Statement on Sustainability from the Chairman
This year, we embarked on a transformation journey to become a truly global company, with a proud legacy and a clear mission to help people lead healthier, longer lives.
In our Consumer Business, we recognize that a healthy body starts with a healthy mouth, while our Industrial Business works to create products that make the spaces people live and work in, healthier, safer and more comfortable. Through the products and services, we provide, and by managing our own ESG responsibilities, we aim to contribute to sustainability efforts across the world.
In practice, this means reducing our environmental impact and contributing to carbon neutrality initiatives. It means fulfilling our social responsibilities and building strong relationships with stakeholders. It means managing risks and ensuring we have robust governance procedures and ESG standards in place.
In 2025, we established an ESG Committee in collaboration with our global management team. Amidst the rapidly changing global environment, we will re-examine risks and opportunities from an ESG perspective, identify material management issues, and implement focused initiatives more swiftly on a global scale.
Our commitments here will be at the heart of our transformation going forward, and central to building a strong and sustainable future for the entire Sunstar Group.
